Job Description

The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, community-minded individuals to join our Board. As a Board Member, you will play an active role in guiding FamilyCare’s strategy, strengthening our governance, and ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Health or allied health
  • Stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Community leadership or social services
  • People & culture (HR, organisational development, change management)

What’s Involved

  • The Board meets at least 10 times per year, with additional meetings held as required
  • Members are expected to contribute actively, including through participation in Board subcommittees
  • Board terms are three years
